In a significant move towards accelerating high-quality development, the State Council Information Office (SCIO) of China held a press conference today. Wang Zhengpu, deputy secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Hebei Provincial Committee and governor of Hebei Province, addressed the media, outlining the province’s strategic plans for the new era.
