Shanghai Accelerates ‘Five Centers’ Initiative to Build Global Metropolis

China’s State Council Information Office (SCIO) held a press conference today focusing on Shanghai’s efforts to promote high-quality development through the “Five Centers” initiative. Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Mayor of Shanghai, addressed the media and took questions.
