The 2023 Financial Street Forum, focusing on financial reform, openness, and innovation, concluded in Beijing on November 10. The annual event brought together over 400 experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from the financial sector representing 30 countries and regions.
Under the theme “Strengthening Financial Cooperation for a Better Future,” participants engaged in discussions aimed at fostering international collaboration and addressing global financial challenges.
Established in 2012, the Financial Street Forum has become a significant platform for dialogue in the financial industry. The forum is jointly organized by the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, the People’s Bank of China, Xinhua News Agency, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
This year’s forum emphasized the importance of financial cooperation in driving economic growth and innovation. Key topics included financial technology advancements, sustainable development, and strategies for enhancing global financial stability.
