Life in Tehran Remains Calm Despite Recent Israeli Strikes
Israel conducted strikes on military sites in Iran early on Saturday, stating that the operations targeted military facilities in response to Tehran’s attacks on Israel. Despite the escalation, life in Tehran appears to continue undisturbed.
Aynur Sena Cabuk, a resident of Tehran, visited one of the city’s busiest neighborhoods to capture the atmosphere following the strikes. She observed that daily life has not been significantly impacted, with businesses open and people going about their routines.
“Everything seems normal,” Cabuk reported. “People are on the streets, shops are open, and there is no sense of panic.”
The apparent calm in Iran’s capital suggests that residents are maintaining a sense of normalcy amid the tensions. Markets were bustling, public transport was running smoothly, and there were no visible signs of disruption.
While the international community watches the developments closely, Tehran’s residents continue with their daily lives, reflecting resilience in the face of regional conflicts.
