China’s National Day holiday from October 1 to 7 saw a surge of tourists both domestically and internationally, with many taking advantage of the country’s 72/144-hour visa-free transit policies, which now cover 54 countries.
Among the visitors was Brazilian travel vlogger Marina Guaragna, who spent a month exploring Chinese cities such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Beijing. “If you ask me if I would recommend China as a travel destination, the answer is definitely yes,” said Marina. “It has convenient transportation, hospitable people, beautiful scenery, and a sense of security. It has everything that an ideal travel destination should have.”
