Pakistani vlogger Younus Ghazali has been calling Kunming City, the capital of southwest China’s Yunnan Province, home for the past eight years. After graduating from a Chinese university, he ventured into the world of export business, immersing himself deeply in the local culture and economy.
Younus has forged incredible friendships with local residents, sharing that his Chinese friends treat him like family. “It’s the sense of community and belonging that makes living here so special,” he says. His adventures across the Chinese mainland have left him with cherished memories—observing giant pandas in Chengdu, ascending the Great Wall in Beijing, and marveling at the Terra-cotta Warriors in Xi’an.
