China’s State Council Information Office on Tuesday released a white paper titled “A Global Community of Shared Future: China’s Proposals and Actions.” The document outlines China’s vision for fostering international cooperation and building a better world.
The white paper emphasizes that the concept of a global community with a shared future stands on the right side of history and represents the direction of human progress. It introduces a new approach to international relations, provides innovative ideas for global governance, opens up new prospects for international exchanges, and draws a new blueprint for a brighter future.
This year marks the 10th anniversary since the concept of “a community with a shared future for mankind” was first introduced by China. Over the past decade, China has adhered to the path of peaceful development, enabling significant strides toward modernization and injecting positive energy into world peace and development.
Mohamed Jihad, an Egyptian vlogger who has lived and worked in China since 2017, believes that China has been implementing this vision with concrete actions. “China has provided medical assistance overseas during the COVID-19 pandemic, sent earthquake search-and-rescue teams to Türkiye and Syria, and promoted hybrid rice technology to alleviate food insecurity in African countries,” he said.
Jihad’s observations highlight how China’s efforts contribute to global well-being, reflecting the nation’s commitment to an open, inclusive, clean, and beautiful world with lasting peace and shared prosperity.
