Leading them is Fadel Othman, a kung fu master who, despite losing a leg in the war, is transforming the lives of orphans through the discipline of martial arts.
Othman began his journey with kung fu at the age of 12, finding passion and purpose in the ancient art. In 2015, his life took a drastic turn when an artillery shell struck, resulting in the loss of one of his legs. Undeterred by his injury, he spent three years undergoing medical treatment in Turkey. Rather than letting adversity halt his ambitions, Othman returned to his craft with renewed determination.
Upon his return, he not only continued his own training but also participated in several tournaments, showcasing resilience and skill. Recognizing the power of martial arts to heal and inspire, Othman established a kung fu club where he trains students of all levels.
