As the situation in Kyiv grew increasingly uncertain, Hou prepared to leave the city. Despite the challenges, he found unexpected support from the people of Kyiv. “The locals were incredibly supportive,” Hou shared. “They offered me food, shelter, and guidance during a very difficult time.”
