Israeli Influencers Rally to Support Virus-Hit China with Medical Supplies

As the coronavirus outbreak intensified in China, a group of Israeli influencers took swift action to offer assistance. YChina, a collective founded by young people from across the world living in China, is known for producing videos that introduce the country in unique and engaging ways. Recognizing the urgent need for medical supplies, Raz and his friend Brian, members of YChina, decided to mobilize resources to help those affected by the virus.

Starting early in the morning, the duo worked tirelessly and, by afternoon, managed to gather over 100,000 pieces of medical supplies—all in just one day. Their efforts did not stop there. After publishing a video showcasing their work, donations began to pour in, resulting in an influx of supplies packed into 216 boxes.

However, their mission faced significant challenges. With numerous flight cancellations and complex customs requirements, dispatching the supplies to the affected regions became a daunting task. Determined to overcome these obstacles, Raz and Brian coordinated with their Chinese teammates around the globe and received crucial support from Chinese companies.

Through relentless effort and collaboration, YChina successfully sent the much-needed medical supplies to Huanggang Central Hospital in Hubei Province, one of the areas hardest hit by the outbreak. Their story exemplifies the power of international solidarity and the impact individuals can have when united for a common cause.

YChina’s initiative not only provided essential aid but also highlighted the strong bonds formed between people of different nations residing in China. Their actions serve as an inspiring example of how grassroots efforts can make a significant difference in times of crisis.
