On October 19, UCCA Clay opened its doors in Yixing, a city renowned as China’s “City of Ceramics.” The new museum’s inaugural exhibition, “The Ways of Clay,” invites visitors to explore the rich heritage of ceramic art intertwined with contemporary interpretations.
Designed by celebrated architect Kengo Kuma, UCCA Clay stands as a testament to the fusion of tradition and modernity.
