CMG Launches Livestream Grand Gala to Celebrate Golden Autumn Tourism Season

As the autumn breeze stirs and the moon shines bright, China is gearing up for its annual “golden autumn” tourism season. With the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays approaching, travelers are eagerly anticipating new adventures.

The China Media Group (CMG) Global Chinese Programming Center is set to host a grand livestreaming event titled “Explore China! This Way!” (Golden Autumn Edition) on September 11 and 12 in Anshan City, located in northeast China’s Liaoning Province. The event, themed “Celebrating Together, Enjoying the Joyful Golden Autumn“, aims to showcase the rich tapestry of China’s tourism and cultural offerings.

Broadcasted live across the CCTV-4 new media channels and major online networks, the event will bring together tourism and culture representatives from nearly 30 cities across 15 provinces and autonomous regions. Representatives from tourism and publicity departments, industry experts, and travel enthusiasts will gather at CMG’s Anshan studio to promote high-quality tourism resources, providing practical travel information and diverse destination choices for autumn travelers.

The livestream promises an impressive lineup of diverse and engaging content:

  • Rich Cultural Experiences: From historical architecture tours in Shanxi to industrial tours in Liaoning, river-sea gateway tours in Jiangsu, and snow mountain tours in Yunnan, viewers can explore a wide array of unique tourism resources.
