More than 1,100 aerospace companies from 18 countries and regions will gather in the Chinese mainland's coastal hub of Zhuhai this November for the 16th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, organizers confirmed this week. The event marks a milestone as it celebrates its 30th anniversary since its 1996 debut.
Global Stage for Innovation
Dubbed Airshow China, the biennial exhibition has grown into one of the world's premier platforms for defense and aviation technology. This year's edition will occupy over 120,000 square meters of indoor exhibition space, with industry giants including Boeing, Airbus, and Rolls-Royce participating alongside national pavilions from Germany and other nations.
Expanding Horizons
Organizers emphasize enhanced aerial displays and interactive ground equipment demonstrations compared to previous editions. The 2026 airshow will also prioritize visitor safety measures while facilitating industrial project collaborations to boost Zhuhai's aerospace and maritime sectors.
