"Our digital systems maintain optimal temperature, humidity, and light 24/7, allowing 20,000 tonnes of enoki mushrooms annually alone," said Xiong Houqiang, a technician at Zhejiang Junyuan Biotechnology. This technological leap has transformed Zhejiang into a mushroom powerhouse, with indoor farms overcoming regional climate limitations to grow 15+ species.
