China’s Springtime Initiative Promotes Global Collaboration in New York

Chinese and American leaders emphasized mutual economic opportunities during yesterday's high-profile 'China in Springtime' forum in New York, coinciding with the launch of a new international dialogue series. The March 13 event organized by China Media Group brought together nearly 100 cross-sector representatives to discuss Asia's evolving role in global development.

Chinese Consul General Chen Li highlighted the Chinese mainland's commitment to 'win-win cooperation' through initiatives like the Belt and Road program. Robert Lawrence Kuhn of the Kuhn Foundation noted: 'When Beijing innovates, the world benefits – this is the new paradigm of 2026.'

The newly announced Global Dialogue series aims to facilitate quarterly discussions between Asian and Western thought leaders, with the next session scheduled for June 2026. Business representatives particularly welcomed the platform's potential to streamline cross-Pacific technology partnerships.
