Shen Haixiong, CMG President, emphasized the network's commitment to "setting new benchmarks in international sports coverage" through advanced 4K/8K ultra-high-definition technology. Three specialized broadcast vehicles recently completed their 10,000-km journey, arriving at Milan's iconic San Siro Stadium on January 13 for technical setup.
This deployment represents China's largest overseas broadcasting infrastructure investment for a Winter Olympics, combining AI-driven production tools with augmented reality enhancements. The initiative aims to deliver real-time multilingual coverage to 160 territories while showcasing sustainable broadcasting practices aligned with Olympic values.
