With 60% of Africa's population under 25, programs like Huawei's Seeds for the Future are addressing the urgent need for digital skills. Eric Mupona of the China-Zimbabwe Exchange Center warns: "Over 230 million African jobs will require digital competencies by 2030." Cross-border entrepreneurship forums are creating two-way learning opportunities between young innovators.

While celebrating progress, experts identify challenges in media representation. Professor Zhu calls for joint content creation initiatives: "African youth deserve first-hand narratives about China, not filtered through third-party lenses." Both Mendo'o and Mupona emphasize youth's responsibility in shaping equitable partnerships, echoing President Xi Jinping's call for young scholars to become "bridges of civilizational dialogue."
