The state broadcaster announced on November 25, 2025, that it will deploy an integrated matrix spanning three sports TV channels, digital platforms, and radio networks to deliver the most comprehensive Winter Games coverage to date.
Two flagship studios at Milan Cathedral and Livigno's snow sports venue will showcase Italy's cultural heritage alongside athletic competition. The network's 2026-2032 Olympic broadcasting rights agreement with the International Olympic Committee solidifies CMG's position as the exclusive Olympic broadcaster for the Chinese mainland and Macao SAR.
CMG's production will feature AI-driven content creation and 8K ultra-high-definition broadcasts, promising viewers immersive experiences through real-time athlete tracking and multi-angle replays.
