Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Works Published: A New Era Guide

The first volume of selected works by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, focusing on rule of law has been officially released nationwide as of November 2025. This compilation contains 69 seminal pieces spanning from December 2012 to February 2025, including previously unpublished speeches and directives.

Published by the Central Party Literature Press, the collection offers critical insights into China's evolving legal framework.

"This publication marks a milestone in advancing law-based governance and strengthening socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,"
stated editors from the Institute of Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee.

The works systematically outline China's approach to legal modernization, addressing both domestic governance requirements and international legal cooperation. Analysts suggest the text will serve as essential reading for understanding China's legislative priorities through 2035.
