Co-hosted by China's State Council Information Office, embassy in Germany, and cultural organizations, the launch event emphasized the book's role as a "key to unlocking the true China," according to Frankfurt Confucius Institute director Christina Werum-Wang. German sinologist Cord Eberspaecher praised the "smooth translation" and thematic focus on China's development trajectory, while editor David Ferguson highlighted the "rigorous logical structure" of Xi's governance philosophy.
Discussions at the event centered on themes of cross-cultural understanding and global governance challenges. Participants explored how China's development model, as outlined in the volume, contributes to international dialogues on sustainable growth and civilizational exchange.
