Global leaders in culture, technology, and business will converge in Beijing this September for the 2025 Beijing Culture Forum, a landmark event exploring the fusion of tradition and innovation. Scheduled for September 23–24, the forum will host over 800 participants from countries and regions worldwide to discuss cutting-edge strategies for advancing cultural industries through technological integration.
Organized by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee alongside Beijing municipal authorities, this year’s theme focuses on leveraging digital tools to preserve heritage, boost creative industries, and revolutionize audiovisual media. Six sub-forums and 20+ specialized seminars will address topics ranging from AI-driven cultural preservation to cross-border collaborations in entertainment tech.
Notably, the event highlights China’s commitment to fostering global dialogue. 'This forum is a platform where East meets West, ancient meets modern,' said a spokesperson. 'By uniting diverse voices, we aim to shape a future where technology amplifies cultural expression.'
With participants including UNESCO representatives, Silicon Valley innovators, and Asian diaspora thought leaders, the forum is poised to influence policy-making and investment trends across Asia’s rapidly evolving cultural economy.
