Sao Paulo State University’s Karina Mariano highlighted alignment with their international exchange goals, revealing plans to send graduate students to China’s Hubei University. This follows growing academic collaboration between Chinese and Brazilian institutions.

A representative from China’s State Council Information Office outlined ambitions to boost copyright trade and educational cooperation, framing cultural exchange as foundational for building a “community with a shared future.” The event underscores China’s soft power strategy in Latin America through publishing and creative industries.
