A newly released public opinion survey highlighted strong regional support for infrastructure development and technology partnerships, with 78% of respondents prioritizing connectivity projects.

A flagship youth cultural exchange program launched at the forum seeks to cultivate lasting grassroots connections through joint media productions and educational workshops. Participants emphasized the need for fact-based reporting, with Kazakhstan Media Association representative Aigerim Nurlanova stating: "Accurate storytelling isn't just journalism—it's the foundation of mutual trust between nations."

Speakers reflected on the SCO's growth since its 2001 establishment, particularly its adaptation to shifting media landscapes. Chinese media delegate Li Wei noted: "Our cooperation now focuses on tangible outcomes—from high-speed rail coverage maps to AI research hubs—that directly impact 3 billion people across SCO regions."
