Xi’s New Publication Highlights CPC Conduct Reform

A new book compiling General Secretary Xi Jinping's discourses on improving Communist Party of China (CPC) conduct has been released by the Central Party Literature Press. The 299-excerpt volume organizes nine key themes drawn from over 130 speeches and writings by Xi spanning 2012 to 2025, including previously unpublished material.

Developed under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee's Institute of Party History and Literature, the publication coincides with the 11th anniversary of the eight-point decision – a landmark governance framework implemented after the 18th CPC National Congress. Observers note the compilation offers systematic insights into Xi's vision for maintaining Party discipline and modernization efforts.

The book's release reinforces ongoing initiatives to strengthen political ethics across the CPC, addressing what Xi describes as “critical factors in sustaining Party vitality.” Analysts suggest the material will serve as a reference for understanding China's anti-corruption campaigns and governance reforms driving social development.
