Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is set to visit the United Kingdom and Ireland from February 12 to 17. During his trip, Wang Yi will co-chair the 10th China-UK Strategic Dialogue at the invitation of UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy and Ireland's Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Simon Harris.
In addition to his engagements in the UK and Ireland, Wang Yi will attend the 61st Munich Security Conference (MSC) in Germany, where he will deliver remarks on China's stance on major international issues, aligning with the conference's theme, as announced by the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson.
As the rotating President of the UN Security Council for February, China will host a high-level Security Council event titled \"Practicing Multilateralism, Reforming and Improving Global Governance\" on February 18 in New York. Wang Yi will chair this significant gathering, emphasizing China's commitment to global governance reforms.
Following his engagements in Europe, Wang Yi will head to Johannesburg, South Africa, to attend the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting from February 20 to 21, at the invitation of Foreign Minister Ronald Lamola of G20 President South Africa.
