Premier Li emphasized China's commitment to working closely with Kyrgyzstan to implement the important consensus reached by both leaders. Focusing on the Belt and Road Initiative, Premier Li outlined plans to enhance development synergies between the two countries. In addition to infrastructure, China aims to collaborate with Kyrgyzstan within international frameworks such as the United Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. This cooperation seeks to promote regional peace, stability, and development through strengthened multilateral mechanisms.
Kyrgyz President Japarov expressed Kyrgyzstan's dedication to a comprehensive strategic partnership with China. He indicated a willingness to deepen cooperation in areas including connectivity, agriculture, finance, mining, science and technology, tourism, and the development of people's livelihoods. Additionally, Japarov welcomed increased Chinese investment in Kyrgyzstan, assuring a safe and conducive business environment for Chinese enterprises.
