Premier Li emphasized China's commitment to working closely with Kyrgyzstan to implement the important consensus reached by both leaders. He highlighted the intention to firmly support each other on major issues concerning their core interests, expand mutually beneficial cooperation, and contribute to their respective modernization efforts.
Focusing on the Belt and Road Initiative, Premier Li outlined plans to enhance development synergies between the two countries. This includes advancing the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway and other connectivity projects, as well as fostering cooperation in mining, green energy, and scientific and technological innovation.
In addition to infrastructure, China aims to collaborate with Kyrgyzstan within international frameworks such as the United Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. This cooperation seeks to promote regional peace, stability, and development through strengthened multilateral mechanisms.
Kyrgyz President Japarov expressed Kyrgyzstan's dedication to a comprehensive strategic partnership with China. He indicated a willingness to deepen cooperation in areas including connectivity, agriculture, finance, mining, science and technology, tourism, and the development of people's livelihoods. Additionally, Japarov welcomed increased Chinese investment in Kyrgyzstan, assuring a safe and conducive business environment for Chinese enterprises.
