The third China Media Group (CMG) Annual Chinese TV Drama Ceremony took place in Beijing on Wednesday, celebrating outstanding achievements in the television industry over the past year.
A total of 21 awards were presented during the event, ranging from \"Actor of the Year\" and \"Actress of the Year\" to \"Outstanding TV Series of the Year.\" Esteemed actors Yu Hewei and Jing Dong, along with actresses Song Jia and Liu Yifei, were honored with the titles of \"Actor of the Year\" and \"Actress of the Year\" respectively.
Fifteen popular TV series received the \"Outstanding TV Series of the Year\" award, including acclaimed titles such as The Tale of Rose, To the Wonder, and Romance in the Alley.
The ceremony also marked the launch of the Film and Television Tourism Consumption Integration Year, an initiative aimed at promoting the integration of film and television with cultural tourism and consumption, fostering high-quality development within the cultural tourism sector.
The event was a vibrant celebration filled with songs and dances, showcasing memorable scenes from popular TV dramas and paying tribute to the dedicated behind-the-scenes professionals who contribute to the industry's success.
