The 2025 gala will feature an impressive array of acts, including songs, dances, skits, cross-talk, operas, martial arts demonstrations, magic shows, and more. Visually impaired audiences can tune in to CMG's live audio broadcast, while those with hearing impairments can enjoy customized accessibility features available on CMG's news app and video platforms.

The gala will be broadcast across multiple CMG television channels, including CCTV-1, CCTV-3, CCTV-4, and dedicated 4K and 8K ultra-high-definition channels. In a significant move to expand its global footprint, the gala will be broadcast internationally via China Global Television Network (CGTN) in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, and Russian. More than 2,900 media outlets in over 200 countries and regions will carry the live broadcast and coverage of the event, highlighting its global appeal.

For the first time, CMG has collaborated with five major global news alliances—the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, the Arab States Broadcasting Union, the African Union of Broadcasting, the European News Exchange, and the Latin American News Alliance—to promote the gala worldwide. This unprecedented partnership underscores CMG's dedication to sharing Chinese culture with a global audience.

Since its debut in 1983, the Spring Festival Gala, often referred to as Chunwan in China, has become a cherished tradition for millions of families. It serves as a cultural cornerstone, bringing people together to celebrate the Lunar New Year through performances that highlight China's artistic richness and creativity.

As the countdown to the Year of the Snake begins, the 2025 Spring Festival Gala is set to be a dazzling cultural feast. With its emphasis on inclusivity and global connection, the gala promises to offer viewers an evening of joy, unity, and cultural pride.
