President Xi Visits Northern Theater Command, Extends Spring Festival Greetings to Armed Forces

In a gesture of goodwill ahead of the Spring Festival, Chinese President Xi Jinping inspected the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Northern Theater Command on Friday.
