During his visit, he underscored the pivotal role of the steel industry as a fundamental sector for the nation's development. He emphasized that the real economy serves as the cornerstone of the national economy, highlighting the importance of industrial strength in China's economic landscape.
Earlier in the day, President Xi toured a bustling food market in Shenyang, the provincial capital of Liaoning. He assessed the market's supply and preparedness for the holiday season, ensuring that residents have ample access to essential goods during the festive period.
