China Commissions First Type 054B Frigate Luohe, Enhancing Naval Capabilities
China has taken a significant step in advancing its naval prowess by commissioning its first Type 054B frigate, the Luohe. The commissioning ceremony took place on Wednesday morning at a military port in Qingdao, east China's Shandong Province, marking a new era for the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy.
The Luohe, bearing the hull number \"545,\" is a new-generation frigate independently developed and constructed by China.
