President Xi expressed his readiness to work with President Putin in 2025 to elevate China-Russia relations to new heights. He highlighted that strengthening the partnership would help both nations cope with external challenges, promote development and revitalization, and uphold international fairness and justice.

During the meeting, the leaders had an in-depth exchange of views on international and regional issues of common concern.
