Shenzhou-19 Crew Completes Second Spacewalk in 8.5 Hours

At 1:12 a.m. Beijing Time on Tuesday, members of the Shenzhou-19 crew aboard China's orbiting space station successfully completed their mission's second series of extravehicular activities (EVAs), according to the China Manned Space Agency.

Astronauts Cai Xuzhe, Song Lingdong, and Wang Haoze worked for 8.5 hours to complete multiple tasks under the assistance of the space station's robotic arm and the ground team.

The crew's extended spacewalk demonstrates their dedication and the rigorous training undertaken for this mission. Operating outside the spacecraft, they carried out tasks essential for the functioning and maintenance of the space station.

The successful completion of these EVAs marks a significant achievement for the Shenzhou-19 mission and China's ongoing endeavors in space exploration.
