He called upon non-CPC political parties, the ACFIC, and personages without party affiliation to concentrate on central tasks, serve the country's overall interests, and leverage their unique strengths to rally broader support and build consensus.
Xi expressed hope that these groups would mobilize all positive forces to advance development, actively contribute to comprehensively deepening reform, promote high-quality development, and formulate proposals for the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030).
Addressing environmental concerns, Xi stressed the need to tackle critical and challenging problems in supervising the protection of the Yangtze River ecosystem, underscoring the government's commitment to ecological preservation.
He also urged the ACFIC to guide the private sector in maintaining enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and bolstering confidence in development. \"Establishing and improving modern corporate systems with distinctive Chinese features is essential,\" he added.
As the nation approaches the Lunar New Year, Xi's remarks reinforce the importance of unity and collective effort among all sectors of society to achieve the shared goals of prosperity and advancement.
