He noted that since establishing diplomatic ties 75 years ago, China and Vietnam have fought side by side in their struggles for national independence and liberation.
\"So profound is the friendship between Vietnam and China, because we are both comrades and brothers,\" Xi said, capturing the essence of the relationship between the two parties and countries.
Xi recalled his successful visit to Vietnam in 2023, where both sides pledged to work towards a shared future, elevating bilateral relations to a new stage. He stressed that in the face of unprecedented changes in the world, China and Vietnam's commitment to the path of socialism holds significant implications for their nations and the global socialist cause.
