Recalling his successful visit to Vietnam in 2023, Xi mentioned that both sides pledged to work towards a China-Vietnam community with a shared future, elevating bilateral relations to a new stage. He noted that amid unprecedented global changes, China and Vietnam's faithful adherence to the path of socialism bears on the future of their parties and countries, as well as the global socialist cause. This, he said, is significant for regional and global peace, stability, development, and prosperity.
President Xi expressed his commitment to the growth of bilateral relations, stating that he attaches great importance to it.
