In a message highlighting the strengthening bonds between their nations, Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday extended warm congratulations to Joseph Aoun on assuming the presidency of Lebanon.
President Xi emphasized the traditional friendship shared by China and Lebanon, noting that bilateral relations have maintained a positive development momentum in recent years. He highlighted the enhanced political mutual trust and the deepened friendship between the peoples of both countries.
