The book features excerpts from important speeches and writings by President Xi, who is also the general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, spanning from November 2012 to October 2023. These discourses delve into the theoretical framework and practical applications of Chinese modernization, providing valuable insights into the nation’s development strategies.
Previously available in English, French, Russian, and Arabic, the publication of the Japanese version aims to deepen foreign readers’ understanding of China’s modernization efforts. The translation was undertaken by the Institute of Party History and Literature of the CPC Central Committee, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of President Xi’s perspectives for the Japanese audience.
