This approach aims to cultivate a law-abiding mindset from an early age, embedding legal principles into the educational framework.
Moreover, the draft law stipulates that state employees should lead by example in studying the law. It includes provisions to incorporate legal knowledge into civil servant recruitment examinations, ensuring that government officials are well-versed in legal matters and can effectively implement law-based governance.
