China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn in Beijing on Thursday, expressing China’s commitment to maintaining close high-level exchanges with Cambodia and promoting regional peace and stability. Wang Yi, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, highlighted the enduring friendship between China and Cambodia. “Our ironclad friendship has withstood the test of international changes and entered a new stage under the strategic guidance of our leaders,” Wang said.
