In Changde City, located in central China’s Hunan Province, a driver was arrested after ramming a car into a crowd near a primary school on Tuesday morning, according to local public security authorities.
The incident occurred near Yong An Primary School in Changde’s Dingcheng District. Several individuals were injured and transported to a hospital. Authorities have confirmed that none of the injuries are life-threatening.
The Dingcheng District Public Security Bureau released a statement on Tuesday afternoon announcing the arrest and confirming that the incident is under ongoing investigation.
