Chinese Premier Li Qiang met with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim on Tuesday in Shanghai, marking a significant step forward in strengthening the ties between the two nations. The meeting took place during the 7th China International Import Expo, where both leaders emphasized the importance of deepening cooperation in emerging fields and aligning their development strategies.

Premier Li highlighted that China-Malaysia relations have entered a new stage, expressing China’s readiness to work closely with Malaysia to implement key agreements reached by their leaders.
