At just seven years old, Liu Xinyi from China has captured the essence of her homeland in a remarkable piece of art titled “The Most Beautiful China.” Her dynamic composition, which recently won the Second Prize in the “China Through My Eyes” Global Children’s Art Project, beautifully intertwines China’s rich cultural heritage with its modern advancements.
At the center of Liu’s artwork, a high-speed train divides the scene, symbolizing China’s rapid modernization and technological progress. To the left, a three-story traditional Chinese architecture reminiscent of the Temple of Heaven is adorned with peonies, adding elegance and cultural depth.
To the right, a majestic dragon coils around an ancient ceremonial column known as a huabiao, standing proudly next to the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. Above, jagged mountain peaks and graceful cranes complete the composition, representing longevity and the country’s natural beauty.
