At the 6th Qingdao Multinationals Summit, UAE-based industrial giant KEZAD Group announced ambitious plans to strengthen partnerships with Chinese enterprises. Fatima Al Hammadi, Chief Commercial Officer of KEZAD Group, revealed in an exclusive interview that multiple agreements have already been signed, with more collaborations in the pipeline.
"Our existing partnerships with Chinese companies demonstrate the complementary nature of our economies," Al Hammadi told CGTN. "We're particularly interested in expanding cooperation in logistics infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and sustainable industrial development."
The announcement comes as China deepens its economic engagement with Middle Eastern nations through initiatives like the Belt and Road program. Analysts note that KEZAD's expansion strategy aligns with growing Middle Eastern interest in Chinese technological expertise and production capabilities.
While specific projects remain undisclosed, industry observers suggest potential collaborations could focus on smart warehousing solutions, renewable energy integration in industrial zones, and cross-border e-commerce logistics. The developments signal strengthening economic ties between the UAE and the Chinese mainland, with multinational corporations playing a pivotal role in bridging markets.
