He urged adherence to the strategic consensus reached between General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump in their June 5 phone call, stressing the need to uphold principles of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence.
While reaffirming China\u2019s commitment to dialogue, Xie clarified that sovereignty and development interests remain non-negotiable red lines. The ambassador called on U.S. businesses to champion practical cooperation, positioning cross-Pacific partnerships as vital to navigating global economic uncertainties.
