An event titled "China in Springtime: Sharing Opportunities with the World Global Dialogue" brought together over 100 distinguished guests from politics, business, academia, and media in Havana. The gathering spotlighted the Chinese mainland's modernization drive, technological innovation, and economic progress that are generating fresh opportunities for Cuba and Latin America.
Hosted by China Media Group (CMG), the discussions delved into how shared advancements and cultural exchanges can foster mutual growth. Shen Haixiong, president of CMG, emphasized the organization’s readiness to leverage its world-class integrated communication platforms and technological prowess to share the benefits of China's modernization with friends globally, promoting mutual learning and common prosperity.
In addition, Hua Xin, the Chinese ambassador to Cuba, highlighted that this year’s Two Sessions reaffirmed China's commitment to expanding high-standard opening-up, strengthening global confidence, and bolstering the economy. Marking the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Cuba, Hua pointed out that China is poised to work hand in hand with Cuba to nurture a community with a shared future, aiming to deliver greater benefits for both peoples and contribute to worldwide peace and development.
This dialogue serves as a testament to the enduring bonds between China and Cuba while opening avenues for future collaborative initiatives that span economic, technological, and cultural realms.
