Davos 2025: Collaboration in the Intelligent Age Unveiled

As global leaders, innovators, and thinkers converge in Davos for the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting 2025, the theme Collaboration in the Intelligent Age takes center stage at a critical moment in history. With over 3,000 participants from more than 130 countries, the meeting seeks to address the pressing question: How do we work together to navigate the massive technological shifts, economic uncertainty, and rapidly changing climate that define our era?

Artificial Intelligence at the Forefront

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the focal point of this year's discussions. As the global economy undergoes a paradigm shift, AI holds the potential to drive growth, transform industries, and improve lives worldwide. According to reports released ahead of the forum, by 2030, AI and other information-processing technologies will transform 86% of businesses, leading to the creation of 170 million new roles globally.

Beyond its economic impact, AI offers extraordinary opportunities to address global challenges. However, realizing this potential requires trust, transparency, and a commitment to inclusivity. Without these, the intelligent age risks exacerbating existing divides.

The Call for Collaboration

Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, emphasized that despite great uncertainties and differing perspectives, the meeting fosters a spirit of constructive optimism. \"This is more than just a conference—it's a call to action,\" he stated.

Collaboration in the Intelligent Age demands breaking down barriers, sharing resources, and building trust. The challenges we face—geopolitical tensions, economic fragmentation, and climate instability—are daunting. Yet, the conversations at Davos reflect a growing recognition that collaboration isn't optional; it's the only way forward.
