GE Vernova Gears Up to Power China’s Next Five-Year Renewable Energy Plan

GE Vernova, a global leader in energy technology, is gearing up to support China’s ambitious renewable energy goals outlined in the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030). Speaking at the China International Import Expo on Wednesday, Ramesh Singaram, President and CEO of GE Vernova Gas Power Asia, emphasized the company’s commitment to China’s renewable energy expansion.

“The Chinese market and government have done a tremendous job in achieving a renewable balance far ahead of other countries,” remarked Singaram. “This period is extremely important for positioning the latest technology and understanding global trends.”

GE Vernova aims to leverage its advanced technology and expertise to assist China in enhancing its renewable energy infrastructure over the next five years. The focus will be on integrating cutting-edge solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability in energy production.
