In a significant affirmation of the longstanding ties between Zambia and China, Chipoka Mulenga, Zambia’s Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry, hailed China’s undeniable contribution to the Global South. Speaking with Xu Yi from CGTN at the 7th China International Import Expo, Mulenga highlighted the deep-rooted partnership that has blossomed over six decades.
“This year marks 60 years of diplomatic relations between Zambia and China,” Mulenga stated. “China has become an undeniable force in terms of contribution to the Global South.”
