China Tourism Academy Urges Foreign Tourists to Explore Cultural Treasures

China is encouraging foreign tourists to delve deeper into its rich cultural heritage beyond the usual attractions. Dai Bin, president of the China Tourism Academy, emphasized the importance of showcasing more of China’s museums and galleries to international visitors during an interview with CMG.

“Most foreign tourists are now interested in Chinese food and city views,” Dai Bin noted. “We hope more tourists can go to museums and galleries to learn more about Chinese culture.”

The China Tourism Academy believes that by promoting cultural institutions, foreign visitors can gain a deeper understanding of China’s history, art, and traditions. This initiative aims to enrich the travel experience and foster greater cultural exchange between China and the world.

As China continues to open its doors to global travelers, highlighting cultural attractions is expected to enhance visitors’ appreciation of the nation’s heritage and promote lasting connections.
